Royal palm is the most wonderful company that goes out of their way to help their customers. Kudos goes to Eddie. He is amazing. Not only did they do my siding, but they go an extra mile to make they're customers very happy. After milton, I lost four shingles, and I went to the company that got paid handsomely to do the roof the roof was only three years old, they told me that I would have to pay two thousand dollars to replace 4 shingles. When I explain that to Eddie, he said, don't do that. I'll pick up a bag of shingles for you and I'll do it. And that's exactly what he did. He didn't get paid 1 penny to do my roof yet he was the first to help, not the roofing, company that got paid over twenty five thousand dollars. I wouldn't go anywhere else, Royal Palm is the bomb, Thank you.Eddie

Every consumer in Florida should be aware to NOT utilize this company for any construction projects. I had contracted with them to install a simple fence and deck in April of 2024, the project is still not finished and the project management is absolutely terrible with Royal Palm (I have to get a new team involved to get it done). Around the same time in 2024 my father also contracted with them and also had to bring in a new contractor due to how terrible Royal Palm is at executing projects. The woman in the office is the only one who can get anything done. I would highly recommend staying away from them as there is 0 proactivity, 0 planning and only execution when you get frustrated. Beware!!!!

We had a contract with Royal Palm Construction for a new start up medical and fitness business in downtown Sarasota. The process started in February 2024. Roughly $750K contract. The entire process finally came to end in November of 2024 (3) months longer than the verbal expectation. The entire process was filled with disorganization, over promising and underdelivering throughout. We are still involved in an unfinished mess, so we had to hire an alternative contractor to finish the project. As of today they have failed to pay us back on items that were in the contract that we had to get others to finish. If you like headaches, cost over runs, delays and disorganization with a lack of follow up, this is your organization. I could not wait for them to leave the project so we could get it done. Do not, let me say it again DO NOT HIRE.

This Company can do it all! Family owned/operated and Veteran ran sales department. From roofing to remodeling to pools to tree removal to painting to demo to lawn care to land development to new construction!! Great customer service. All the teams I saw do work were amazing and well organized. Even does referral bonuses for bringing them business. Top tier service and communication. Also not just Sarasota they service anywhere from North Port to Ellenton and everything in between. Will definitely use them again 10 stars! Great for fixer uppers.

This year Royal palm construction has done 2 incredible jobs for me. They added a bathroom to my bedroom, and after that job completed so well, I had them install PGT storm windows in my entire house. Eddie was wonderful to work with, and every team member along the way was proficient, and professional. I highly recommend this company. They show up when scheduled and communicate well about every step of the process!!

Our experience with Royal Palm Construction was fantastic. They delivered what they promised and at the agreed price. There were no hidden/unexpected costs and work was completed on time. Everyone we meet was professional, neat, friendly and considerate of our needs. Westin and Eddy (project manager) were great at communicating throughout the project. Many other contractors will have cost allotments in their prices, which you find are not enough to cover what you picked out/or they nickel and dime you on various charges. Royal Palm did none of that. Westin guided us on price expectations and where to go. Eddy was great at resolving and issues or changes that arose and having the right people for every aspect of the project.
Look no further. Call Royal Palm, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing customer service. Westin had great communication and did wonderful work. They can beat any quote, hands down. My roof looks wonderful! I strongly recommend.
