Went in needing some quick help and caught the owner at lunch. I dropped my part off and came back in an hour as instructed and he had it finished and waiting for me. Nice guy, very helpful.

I caught them post racing season, so my turn around was stellar. Ford removed the heads of my truck for me and told my my valve seats were bad. John informed me that it wasn't my seats, but my actual valves that were eroding. He showed me that it was a common problem with the 5.0 and had parts ordered and installed quickly. He even resurfaced them and cleaned them in an acid bath. Definitely saved me a ton of money. Would recommend to anyone.

Took three weeks and still had to take block back to them to have the cam bearings check because the cam wouldn't fit, and yes they had the cam to check the fit after they installed bearings. Wrist pins where off center about .100, the owner told me that they would be ok to run. If you use this shop good luck

Absolutely horrible, and I am so disappointed and mad. Very frustrating told 3-5 day turned into weeks. To get block, cam and pistons back ,the cam now dont fit because put bearing in wrong but also no apology. And not a care how it caused such delay for vehicle to be back together to get a person to work. They dont care.
Thank god my husband is a mechanic but I feel bad for those who are not mechanic's who go to this company and expect professional knowledgeable people you will be disappointed.
