The design that Nick came up with for both my son's shirt (Puerto Rican Stallion) and my husband's company shirts (BIG’S Construction) were amazing. Updated Review please read in it's entirety!!! The update is on the bottom...

I'm beyond disappointed and disheartened by the lack of customer service they have shown. I ordered a shirt honoring TFC Pelletier and the shirt itself was manufactured wrong. After a very long dragged out discussion taking over a month they simply stated there is nothing we can do... NOTHING?!? Seriously... your business name is Raise The Standard yet you are leaving someone who ordered a shirt through your business to support a grieving family and public servant and I don't have it to wear now to continue to honor him and his family? You were delayed in getting the shirts out because of the number of orders you received to support this family and then followed up with zero support in the back end... this is not a way to Raise The Standard in any walk of life except disappointment and frustration... I'm truly disheartened... do better...

I had a very positive conversation with Nicholas the owner today. My concerns were addressed accordingly. He has promised to work on the customer service side of things as this is a newer business venture and learning along the way. He understood my point of view and apologized that he couldn't reprint the shirt. He is doing what he can with what he has available.
I do want to acknowledge that what he did for the Pelletier Family was truly commendable and appreciated... that part was never in question but I want to be clear as well.
I would absolutely give Nicholas and his growing business an opportunity moving forward.
