These folks are the best! Jaime in the service department and Pablo are the best!
Last minute needed a ride home and then to pick my C300 up after service, and Jaime offered: Without any hesitation!
I have been coming here for years with several MBenz vehicles, always honest, punctual and great overall service. And, always about 25-30% less than the local dealership.
Simply put, I cannot say enough great things. If there was an option, would give more than 5 STARs.
Consistency matters. Ruben's Imports never disappoints.

Great family owned, local business. They treat you friendly & professionally and get the job done right the 1st time. Fair pricing as well and they offer all of the same services as the dealer (ride/loaner car, complimentary car wash, etc.), but without the bloated costs. Rubens has been working on my cars since I moved here in 2009 and every time I leave satisfied.

Where do I even begin...!

Yes, lots of places on Yelp have 5 star reviews but ONLY Rubens is TRULY a 5 star establishment from start to finish. I recently purchased a 1972 Mercedes-Benz that has been serviced at Rubens before I was even born.

After purchasing the vehicle, I decided to drive more than an hour out of my way to take it to Rubens as they are most familiar with the vehicle history, maintenance, and they even knew the original owners. I can't be any happier with that decision.

Jaime, the service manager, was unbelievably helpful, quickly pulling the maintenance records for the last 30 years and even made me a copy to keep for my own records without me even having to ask. He also recommended a thorough maintenance plan that was fair AND at a great price (working on these classic cars is a meticulous process and often times other shops charge an arm and a leg for folks that are not familiar with cars).

Once they got started on the work, I got the chance to meet and talk to Rapheal - the head mechanic at Rubens who you can tell has years and years worth of deep expertise and knowledge of german cars. He quickly looked over some of the issues I noted and was able to completely fix or recommend solutions to some of the issues I had with the car (radio antenna, A/C, leaks, door locks, windows, etc.). On one issue I pointed out, he took the time and care to spend over an hour helping fix the door lock without an appointment. Why? Because he simply cares and enjoys his craft and the results speak for themselves. Not to mention, he is extremely humble and we had great conversations.

I will be bringing my S4 here from now on and will recommend my family to come here as well. If you have any car needs - regardless of the make, STOP LOOKING! Rubens is the shop you are looking for. You can't find the knowledge, skills, professionalism, or prices anywhere else.

Normally don't write reviews deliberately. But Ruben's was really disappointing. Moral of the story they only actually work on what's profitable for them. Took my mint low mileage '01 e430 sedan to get diagnosed for a throttle problem, and after 3 days of little contact and racking up my odometer, they finally determine there is "something wrong with the transmission" and they need double the price of a diagnosis just to look into the whole reason my poor classic was even there. Had a family member bring in their own newer, naturally more unreliable front wheel drive Mercedes sedan for a quick service and they were finished within a few hours, with a conveniently surprising complimentary washed car making the deal seem even sweeter. Both were picked up this morning and the one with an actual problem will be sent to the dealer. Just another one of those shady garages that has hidden biases over their own customer base. They probably were in their heyday 15 or 30 years ago, but after apparently being put under new ownership, those days appear to be long gone.

EDIT 8/6: I don't make time to work with people who don't understand my concerns and make their own time for me. If you diagnosed my car when I brought it in instead of stalling until I remind you to work on it then there wouldn't have been a problem. Just do the right thing in the first place. It's not that hard. Do better. I despise businesses like this.

Wonderful people and service!

I had to slam the breaks and ended up spilling a gallon of water into the back of my car from a bottle. I was desperate to make sure I dry the interior out properly and didn’t know what to do on a late Tuesday evening. Ruben’s happened to be close to me and so I came over late and asked them to help me take the seat out and dry my car. Even though it was past their business hours and it was late, Rafael and his team were so incredibly nice and helped me. They let me keep my car in their garage over night to run the dehumidifier in it, they took my entire backseat out and the next day they helped me install it again and made sure everything was fine. They did all this free of charge! The whole team was so friendly and kind!

I will definitely return here for service in the future!
