Arrived 0530 Checked-in at 0730 empty in 35 mins. Shipping in front. Receiving to the back. If you need to use the bathroom, they do let you use it. The kids that work there are great. This is about as easy as it can get.

3/14/25 update: New front gate with intercom at entrance. They don't start until 7AM. Arrived at 0430AM and stayed on the street until they opened. Needed the order # to be let in. Trucks behind me was let in without having to use intercom. Appointment time was for 9AM and got in a door immediately after Checked-into receiving.

Every staff member I interacted with was friendly. They got me unloaded promptly. Of course, I was the only truck delivering at the time. They unlock the gate at 7:30 AM. Don't break your seal until they verify it themselves.

Used to love Whitman and Russell Stovers but I think that’s about done now! Been waiting since January 5th for a “Gift certificate” in the mail so I can get something that’s actually worth eating not a faulty package! Literally purchased the Whitmans assorted sampler big box and all the chocolates were off the bottoms of all the crèmes were hollow or pushed in. I had one tray that had peanuts and then one that had 2 chocolate covered peanuts in it! All I want is what I paid for. I’ve let it go and it’s been 3 months now and you always say the same thing…”we have to wait for our gift certificates to come in the mail which takes 4-6 weeks” it’s been 3 months come on if you don’t want to mail me the gift certificate then stop saying that stop sending the same message, I can clearly tell by the emails it’s not a big deal to you guys but I can’t work I’m disabled and have cancer so what money I spend is tight and I was having a bad day and decided I’d buy myself some chocolate, just to be more upset that I spent $$ on faulty chocolate! Now I’m done being a karen that’s just crazy it takes a company this long and I’m sorry I don’t believe it. You went from a 5 star to a 1 star real quick.

Free chocolate just for walking in! Not only are there a huge selection on chocolates, but jelly beans, and other sweets. You can even find some stuffed toys. The staff here are exceptionally kind and helpful and were able to help me with my rewards number. Head on to the back to find the chocolate not good enough for the fancy boxes for a fraction of the price at the same great taste. Be careful, you will end up enjoying this hidden Iola gem too much! Luckily, you can get tons to share for a great price.

+10⭐ I've deliver to a RSCI before at Abilene KS. And samething. This people are awesome. 20 minutes to get unloaded. Appt for 1100hrs Checked in 7:30 dock immediately finish unloading 7:50. SHELIA HASTY you're awesome. And thanks for the bag of candy.

Receiving hrs 7:00am to 3:30pm they have space to park on the side of the driveway if you get here at night

Made a delivery here. Got in the door right away and had my bills 35 minutes later. Low traffic (as in I was the only truck there) plenty of room to maneuver.

Showed up at 10:15am for my 11:00am appointment. Got into the door immediately and was unloaded within 30 minutes. Receiving is around back. Two docks. Nice people to deal with.
