I had appointment time at 10am I got here at 9am now is 12:15pm and they haven’t even started unloading. It’s only 4 metal coils on pallets. It literally takes 3min to take it off the truck. I will never come back here again.

I was here 2 hours early for appointment so that was on me. But they got me in and out as fast as they could with customers coming in and getting their trucks taken care of a well. Workers were friendly and respectful.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! What's da point of appointments? I arrived at 10:15a appointment at 11a and at 1p I'm still sitting here to get unloaded. I'm talking workers either walking around doing nothing or ghost no lifts moving, no trucks being loaded or unloaded. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and I will try to avoid EVERY load here again. They know folks are on logs because of government and they have a DGAF attitude bout loading and unloading but I bet u they have a strict policy but running they azzes to break or to take they azz home smdh..........wish I could give place negative stars cause they not worth anything positive

I have unloaded at this location approximately 30 times or more and I have always been treated professionally. In my opinion the staff are very efficient an well mannered. It is a easy location to get in an out of, plenty of room to untarp. The facility is always clean.

These bad reviews are not a joke or bitter people. In 3hrs they have sent me from the front to the back and back to the front of the building and have unloaded nothing. To top things off they are claiming the delay is they cant find the paperwork I handed them. I'd stay away and not run loads for this location. I definitely wont ne anymore
