I appreciate this company, I received a call recently letting me know the water levels were higher than normal, they sent a tech to check my meter and turned out to be a leaky toilet. I do appreciate their attention to detail and always being kind to questions I have. I also noticed that some of the reviews are for Sahuarita sewer, this is NOT the sewer company, get it together people!

Honestly, This is the most scummiest company. They waited 5 years to notify us that we hadn't paid our waste water so that we owed thousands of dollars to them. They made absolutely no attempt to contact us in any way. We didn't even know they had seperated the waste water bill from the water a while back. The lady there was rude as heck to us. She claimed that "we didn't consider them a priority for paying of bills". We have always have been on time paying the normal water bill on time. Sahuarita Water is a joke.

UPDATE: Now these despicable people are acting like the Mafia putting up big green stickers on your garage door for everyone to see, saying you owe them and that they are "shutting down" your sewage if you can't pay them in FULL. "Awesome" communication as always as this the only warning we have gotten in the 8 months.

Landlords beware this utility company. I had a landlord agreement. I moved while tenant was in the house, USPS forwarding service expired. Tennant moves out. Bills representing vacant period did not make it to me. Landlord agreement revoked. No recourse from that blunder. "We require a perfect payment history because we do SO much for landlords" -- Except lift a finger to keep them informed. No email from them, (last communication was setting up the agreement) No expiration on the boo-boo. They will never allow me to have an agreement again. Flat denial. Apparently they don't even have a balance on my account. I should have asked if they would take a deposit to restore the agreement. Its a permanent "Go to Hell" for a few months with only the occasional toilet flush by a prospective renter. Anybody want to buy my house? I suppose the clubhouse is still in good shape. The gas company is far more accommodating. The credit reporting bureaus will let you live stuff down eventually. On the plus side, the lady on the phone was reasonably cheerful as each scenario was explored, the bad news continued to roll and every suggestion was denied. She should get a raise for being so cheerful while carrying out this draconian policy.

Worst water company we've dealt with. If you rent your property they won't correspond with you until it's bad news. Only correspondence we had with them was a threatening letter to send a bill to collection agency rather than a reminder email or phone call letting us know renter didn't pay or there was a residue payment when one renter moved out and another moved in. Also, record keeping doesn't appear to be accurate and definitely isn't timely.

Wow !!! Above and beyond service !!! I mailed my wastewater payment here in error. They called me right away and before I even had chance to arrange to pick it up , they had given it to the wastewater company for me !!! Great service and very appreciated !!! Well done Sahuarita Water !!!
