My husband and I had experienced many remodeling projects in the past, but this house was our first new-construction home. The Saints guided us through the building process beautifully and in short time built a home that reached all of our highest expectations. Freddy Saint has a unique skill of moving a project along quickly while still expecting quality craftsmanship from his workers. Allison Saint oversaw the finishing stages and had an attention for detail that is unmatched. We love our new home. It is well-built and is everything we hoped it would be. We have no plans to move, but if we ever build again, we would definitely want to hire Saint Builders.

Freddy, Allison, and their team at Saint Builders know how to get the job done! This is the second home that we’ve lived in built by Saint Builders. Our first home was a spec home that we bought after completion, and we loved it so much, we knew we wanted to use Saint Builders again when we decided to build our own custom home. Their work is beautiful and unmatched. They are super easy to work with as well. We can’t wait to make many memories in our new home!

Beautiful home, well built but does not stand by their warranty or communication they pride themselves in. Mr. Saint is very hard to reach by phone or text regarding any issues we've had during the building process and after moving in. Within the first 2 months, I've had to get new smoke detectors and light switches installed because the ones installed during building were faulty. We were told he would get the outside of the home cleaned up(pressure washed) and caulk around exterior pipes that had gaps and never did. Love my home but likely will not use them again

We did a custom build with a unique floor plan that they had never done before but he was up for the challenge. He stayed on top of the project the entire time so we did not have any down time. I am extremely thankful for this company and the family values they possess. We now have a home that me, my wife, and 2 boys and enjoy for many years to come!

I would not let Saint Builders build and outhouse for me - used outlawed plumbing supplies that damages home and causes anguish to home buyers. He will not return calls.

Beautiful home but lots of problems. Freddy won't talk to us because we're not the original buyers, even though when we bought the house it was less than a year old.
