Up on arrival Sunday, June 22, 2024,
Allocated the the public dumpster and start dropping personal trash. For my rented home for the year what rent lease sign indated.
From a private personal owner.

I was blocked on a exiting I have to wait almost additional 45 minutes for an unknown reason.
and entry back onto the highway dumping personal trash also felt very uncomfortable and decided to go where I feel more safe I travel more farther up for more safer for safer location to purchase gas tobacco products and also dumping my personal trash in Public Transfer Site.

Please whoever going in my trash please stop using my trash for your personal gain.

I watch individuals sit and go back and forth into the dumpster taking things out the dumpster placing in the cars making them removing trash cans couches computers and such on
