Not very responsive in regards to project updates when they are running behind and are not great at keeping to promised schedules. The office staff however is kind and i feel like they did everything in their power to make me feel valued. Product was of reasonable quality and I am appreciative of sampson steel for building my floor joists so I did not have to order from the lower 48

We placed an order with Sampson Steel for handrails for a housing project. Once I placed the order, and gave a deposit, it was nearly impossible to get a response. I have called 5 times per day, left scathing emails, and no one will call me back. At this point, I am going to a new steel fabricator, and probably going to have to forfeit my deposit, or sue them. I can't even get a return call, and they refuse to take my calls.
I would very much discourage anyone from doing business with this company. It is a huge mistake!

Poor experience, project was only partially completed and we never received set up instructions as had been promised as part of the project so were not able to assemble it. Waste of time and money.
