Very unprofessional. I called to get some information as I have 3 clients that are looking to get iron work done for their new homes. I asked for his name so I can introduce myself and he states "who are you? You called me." I stated who I was and how I wanted to refer clients to him. His unprofessional conduct concerned me that I may not want my clients to work with a shotty company that may do very shotty work.
