We were in store shopping for a new vent. The sale lady, Lisa, recommended an opened box at much discounted price. It was marked as final sale and no exchange. While we were checking for the condition, another sale lady, Grace , came and yelled at us saying we should stop comparing. My partner said to her giving us time for checking. The original sale lady, Lisa, tried to comfort my partner by finalizing the sale. Not because Lisa’s good service we would leave the store right away. But when we leaving the store, Lisa running out of store and gave us a finger. We felt so sorry for the store owner having a sale lady like her.

Never met such a collective group of brainless and useless staff. They get upset if you have logical questions for there bad servicing. Avoid this place at all cost!

Poor customer service. When I told her I am here to check the one I like and buy it after I done my remodel of kitchen within a month time. She just feel lost lnterest of me and walk away to her table without continue to serve me. This is what the Asian people altitude!!

BAD customer service. I purchased one range hood over there a few years ago, i lost the lamp cover. So i tried to call them to see will they have that stock. She said they don't have it and no stock right now . Then i asked when will they have it, they said u call back later. then i asked like when should i call back, she said u asked me i ask who. I suggest don't buy from them. They only take care the big customer.

Rude Asian lady sales assistant, not professional at all. Never give appropriate suggestions and lazy to answer your questions. She doesn't want to do business at all. Not recommended to come to this store.

Took my dad to get a new range hood. Has a showroom. Salesperson is friendly and have us a decent price. Installation is next day.

Dad customer service. Don't use this company, Henry Feng told me that do NOT even has a company's E-mail address or cell phone to send pictures for the vent installation. Just like a joke.
