I called Mark for a sewer problem, he replied right away and showed exactly when he said he will be at my house. He's such an honest, reliable and great person to work with. Its the name of the company and Mark is truly a savior! I am a realtor and my client's investment property has an emergency sewage line leakage. With every company being short staffed I had such a hard time finding someone who was willing to pump out the biohazard! The sewage line to the main city line runs underneath the front porch, and instead of pulling the porch apart, Mark and his team went the hard way to fix the pipe from the basement wall directly! I am in awed by the AMAZING QUALITY OF WORK AND EFFICIENCY!!! Will 100% recommend them for all your septic/sewage needs!

Mark, Was so willing to assist on a Friday evening to unclog my laundry pipe. He also gave me the details of how to fix it to save ne the money. Then actually came out on Saturday morning to repair it himself. He was empathic and so professional while being so kind to come out on a Saturday to my house in Old Lyme CT and would definitely recommend him 👍 100%.

We had a septic system emergency with a seriously clogged toilet preventing flushing and backing up into showers! We were horrified and panicked. Mark and the crew from Saviour Septic showed up quickly and tended to the issue. It required mechanical snaking. After the clog was cleared and drains were flowing again, Saviour Septic made improvements to the piping and cleanout and opened access to an inaccessible tank. They also gave us advice on what materials are safe for septic systems. We were entirely grateful and relieved!

I reached out to Mark at Saviour when my flooded basement was traced back to failed underground drainage. Mark showed up right away. We used Savior septic to replace our old septic system with a brand new one. They did a great job with the installation as it was a very big job and took well over a year due to the health district but they never quit.

I gave them three stars because they're communication wasn't the best and they left their materials all around the yard after they were finished with the job and did not pick them up. They said they would come one day then didn't show up and then came the next.

Overall they were kind and helpful, just be cautious with their reliability and cleanliness.
