Got let go recently due for “attendance” , mind you management had everything set up beforehand and my paycheck was ready for pickup but yet decided to keep others for lack of attendance. Coincidence I think not . Manager mentioned money incentives for the holidays based off of “good attendance”. As soon as my let go happened there was a change of heart after I left and is giving employees $500 incentive for attendance again up until Christmas . So a restart before the holidays again. don’t give certain amount of callouts to use and then it’s an issue. in form of return is to do this to keep your employee’s like we’re kindergartners. It’s such a big issue based on using your PTO as well. They don’t tell you certain things until you do it yourself and then it’s a problem when you do it.
New hires never last in this company. Employees are a come and go 🙂
