Came across this company through my friends. They scheduled me for the next day and were so thorough from the information provided over the phone by Wendy to the tech (Matthew) that kept me advised when he was in the way to when he was outside my house.
Matthew inspected my Dryer vent system and explained detail by detail that I need to replace the duct for my system to be coded and to be properly cleaned. Matthew was very expeditious and able to get my system up and running much better and more importantly make it to code.

My dryer vent had lots of vapor emitting from it - indicating that the vent was clogged. I had the dryer vent cleaned less than 2 years ago by a furnace company. SCC Cromwell Corp Dryer Vent Restoration and Reinstallation Services in CT tech definitely recognized the issue when he saw the vapor. He had special vacuum cleaner attachments to clean the lint trap and dryer interior and a 200 foot hose that was hooked up to his truck so he could blow air to push the clogged lint out of the vent. He identified a hole in the dryer connector hose that probably caused the lint buildup. He replaced it. He did a very thorough job and explained what he was doing as he did it. I am so glad I called them because they had the expertise and proper equipment to fix the problem.
