Actually the processing deserves a five-star however the cow itself is flavorless and fatty we've had to throw all the ribs and the briskets away flavorless and so much fat there's no meat to eat I had left multiple messages the processor called me back and we spoke twice but no one from the ownership nothing as far as the cow goes whatever cow they sold me definitely I know for that I would give it a one or less star
