Here is my story: a while back, when I was looking for a machine, ANOTHER brother-authorized-dealer who owns three stores in CT was thoughtless and not helpful, so I ended up purchasing the machine somewhere else.
This time, I had a problem with my machine. Brother-USA indicated Schiller's Sewing Circle LLC, and my experience was amazing.
They helped me in every single way, answered all my questions, solved my problem, and at the end, I ended up buying another machine from Schiller's.
I am very happy.

Wonderful people, showed me the machines I wanted to see in my price range. Allowed me to try the machines, I get classes for free with the machine I bought. I also get free maintenance on the machine. I will be going back for more quilting supplies also, they have a nice selection!
