I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the behavior I encountered during a recent DoorDash delivery. I was forced to wait for over 20 minutes at the restaurant and an additional 20 minutes at the delivery location. The delivery itself, which I rely on for my livelihood, was delayed unnecessarily, making an already difficult job even harder.

What made the situation even more disheartening was my interaction with the front desk secretary. I explained to her that I had recently lost my home due to Hurricane Helene in September, and I am struggling financially to pull myself out of the devastating aftermath of that storm. I am working hard to make ends meet, and every delivery matters to me. Despite sharing this, she refused to sign for the food order, which was a simple request that would have allowed me to leave and complete my delivery.

Instead of offering assistance or empathy, she seemed uninterested in making a simple gesture to help, choosing to make me wait unnecessarily and forcing me to deal with further complications. This lack of understanding and compassion is deeply disappointing, especially when I was vulnerable enough to open up about my personal struggles.

In a time where respect and kindness can go a long way, it’s upsetting to feel dismissed and disregarded. A simple signature could have helped me move forward, but instead, the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism added unnecessary stress to an already challenging day. I hope this feedback encourages a reflection on how valuable it is to show empathy, especially to those who are working hard to rebuild their lives.

Quickly unloaded, everything efficient, convenient and high quality. Clean trailer, neatly folded straps are placed at the end of the trailer for convenience. One of the best places in the US for truckers!

These guys are that work in shipping & receiving are great! Professional, nice, helpful, and proud of their job! I arrived at 9am was out before 10! The guys helped me get extra dunnage and even helped secured my load! At least 6 guys went to work and did a great job 9 chains were done and secured in no time!!

The guys that work in shipping are great! Professional, nice, helpful, and proud of their job. They guys even helped in securing my load. They guys have overnight parking also.
