I am not happy, as a customer I was treated very poorly they treated me in a way so bad in fact it was the worst experience I as a customer have ever had in my entire life and I suspect it will remain the worst experience as a customer I will have for the rest of my life.

Just wasted 30 minutes shopping here. They are supposed to be a part of Ace Rewards but have failed to train anyone on how to look up your Ace Rewards number. Even providing them directly WITH my # does no good. I spend thousands of dollars a month all across the US with Ace for the rewards and this is the ONLY location that can't get their act together. I had over $200 in purchases that I finally just walked away from. Get it together if you're now an Ace location!

My experience at Ace Hardware was freaking awesome. The young man who helped me knew exactly where everything was and even helped me load it into the cart and unloaded into the truck. Whoever was working on this day needs a raise cashier and the help on the floor thanks guys really appreciate it
