They’ve been working on our condo for almost a year and between having to deal with all the residents and their particular needs and doing a really labor intense job, they really did, and are doing a great job. Jeison and his team are the most professional team of individuals in the construction industry. They are willing to go above and beyond for you before the work even starts. Visiting the site multiple times with different trades to ensure the scope of work needed is fully understood and addressed properly. They will even take time to explain it to a whole HOA community and answer all questions from individuals. His level of communication is extensive and something other owners should learn from.

They are prompt to the point of being early consistently. They have a schedule and game plan of how ever aspect of a project needs to get done and in what timeline.

Alberto was the head supervisor of the painters and took extreme attention to detail. His meticulous trades showed in his quality of work. He was willing to help me understand what was being done each day and never fell short of getting a task done. He was a great listener and full of knowledge.

Oscar was the demolition/balcony/waterproofing head supervisor and was always on time and on task. Again his attention to detail and getting a job done was something he took pride in and was willing to explain each step along the way.

Alberto and Oscars ability to communicate and answer questions onsite was above and beyond my expectations. These two individuals with the project managers lead in Jeison are the companies true assets and should be recognized within this organization.

Jeison is someone that will always answer the phone and a text message. He is one of the most knowledgable people I have encountered in our building and personal construction needs. He takes personal pride in his work and will not allow anyone of his workers to cut corners or take short cuts. In fact he will go above and beyond to ensure the quality of his work is done right and is a proud piece of work that beautifies all areas he works in.

Not only do you get the above service and individuals who take pride in their work as if it is their own but the price and value you get is competitive and most fair.

Very clean and no mess was left behind on a daily basis. Very impressive.
