I made an appointment for a specific day. They made me wait for a week just for them to tell me that they’re not gonna be able to repair my car on the day of the appointment.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop! I showed up on an emergency basis after having been told by a parts store that my alternator was bad. I was met with understanding, kindness and patience. They managed to fit me in within the hour and took the time to sleuth the issue rather than immediately diving into the expensive replacement. It turns out the fix was much simpler than I was told and I was able to continue on my road trip almost immediately! Very grateful for Sergio’s ethical and professional work, and would recommend them to anyone.

I had two bent inner tie rods, needed an alignment, and needed two new tires. Sergio’s got me in quick and fixed my car in one day. They also showed me the parts that were broken and explained everything they did in detail. Everyone was so kind and took great care of my car. Definitely coming back whenever my car needs fixed again!

This is an absolutely amazing car place with an extremely kind and caring staff. I will continue to take my car to them for any advice and repairs that I need. They were very kind and helpful. Was traveling from Kc to Denver and ran into some car trouble. They took me in right away and got me going in no time! I didn't know if I was getting fair pricing either, so called my mechanic back home when the price estimate came, and he said it was a great price. Timely, affordable, and they are genuinely good people. Front desk woman was a sweetheart, and Willie, the mechanic that worked on my car was very knowledgeable and personable. Would highly recommend them!

So far the service has been great and friendly. Will update again once I get my truck back.
Update: Body work they did is great you can't even tell I got T-boned they also fixed my cab corner when other body shops wouldn't do it because of rust that was their but the hole was from the accident

I personally have never had service done on my cars here but my best friend and her family and boyfriend has. The family that owns this shop is very trust worthy. If I lived in junction city and didn’t just visit ever weekend they would be my go to. They are very reasonable with prices and get the work done fast and it’s quality work.

Took my Focus ST in to get it running right after I got a little cleaner in the valves and to get a window fixed. Sergio tried to convince me to just get a new engine, and when I said no I received the car back running a lot worse than when I brought it. The window wasn’t fixed and they charged me 1k for it. I took it to White Owl, because I knew they’d know what they’re doing, and they said there is sand in one of the cylinders and gas dumped into the oil.
