We had done wall repair in our living room and needed to match our wall color. I visited the Fountian Hills Sherwin-Williams store. Adam Z was exceptional. I told him how the paint we had used when put on the wall was too dark and had him mix a lighter color from our paint data. That paint was too light. Long story short, Adam was so kind in attempting to match my color. He always ended the conversation with ‘If this color doesn’t work, come back and I will try to adjust till we get a match’. What a wonderful employee you have in Adam. I truly appreciate his customer service.

Amazing customer service and high quality paint and supplies. Dylan went above and beyond locating me an exact match of a SW paint that was not carried in this store, and was hard to match. They had it in and ready the next day. The customer service is outstanding and the product quality is wonderful. I will definitely be buying from this location whenever I need future paint. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I’ve been a painting contractor for four years and have used Sherwin Williams for mostly all of it. They have been great overall but this store had one of the rudest people I’ve ever talked to at any retail store. I believe Dylan was his name and basically told me I had no idea what I was talking about and that I was wasting time and money when they got a color match wrong and saying it in the most condescending and rude ways possible. I will never even think about going back to this store let alone recommend it to anyone personally or professionally.

I historically hate going to a place like this when all I need is a small pint size of paint, but the guy working offered some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Also gave me some extra rags for the staining project I had, along with other tools to borrow since I was working on a project down the road and didn’t want to travel all the way back to Scottsdale. I will definitely be back when I am in the area.
