Ordered a set of nylon rivets. One was missing and a second a manufacturing defect. Called and the person I spoke with was very courteous and apologized. I only asked for the two and he sent a pack of 12. Shoals stands behind their products, not just the music! 😊👍

With Covid nothing has a definite timeline anymore but I have to give it to these guys for staying in touch and on top of things to keep you informed on what is going on.
