Clean, organized, and well stocked supermarket!

The produce is very fresh and also bundled and paired nicely for grab and go variety in a rush for dinner.

I like the decor and ambiance of this store, it’s very appealing.

IMPROVE: the Floral Section is very much lacking variety, creativity, space and even staffing when I have been there. STEP-UP the Floral game, especially heading into the holiday season.

I recommend avoiding this location at all costs. Almost nothing listed on the website is available but I don’t really mind that part. The employee (manager?) was incredibly rude. In the checkout line (only self-checkout was available so if you’re purchasing something without a bar code, you’ll need to request assistance) and the only available person seemed to be interested exclusively in helping people who look like her. Treated me like dirt under her feet. I stood at the self-checkout for quite a while as she kindly assisted others but when it was my turn I asked for help she looked at me with a scowl and walked off to help someone else. When she was finished there, I again asked for help and she scowled at me and walked away from the area all together. I left the store. I totally understand helping people who might be there before me, but I’m pretty sure I could’ve had a fork sticking out of my eye and she’d still have walked away. Short, stout, African American, gray hair, blue bib smock attire, and a stone glare. I’m hoping corporate might give her some sensitivity training. And maybe give this location a good mop down while you’re at it. It’s not very clean. However - the tall gentleman who works in the bakery section with white hair, he is incredibly nice. Stopped what he was doing to help the customers. Went above and beyond to assist people who had questions about the bakery, I saw this with my own eyes. Seems he is doing the work of many, so that man deserves a raise!

Today was my first time shopping at Shop Rite and it was well worth the trip! The meat section was decent in price and the quality looked very well! Cashier had a personality which is rare nowadays! That being said I will be back soon! The deli was well priced also by the way!

I've been a ShopRite customer for 10 years. I spend literally thousands of dollars at the store. They made a limit for self-checkout forcing you to go through the cashiers. But the cashiers don't even speak to you, they Rush through scanning your stuff crushing everything, and then they watch you bag it. If I'm going to be charged an arm and a leg for groceries and have to pay for a bag the least someone could do is help bag. I saw three workers doing nothing that could have came over and helped. And on top of that I saw a customer opening containers of baked goods and putting his hands on the food. I brought it to the attention of management and when I went back today there's still no seal on the packaging so I won't be buying any baked goods anymore.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer Service was absolutely rude. I waited in line for over 20 minutes while all self checkouts were open. I was told to leave self checkout because I had 2 orders both under 25 items and I was not allowed to go in self checkout. Total of 30 minutes and the excuse was they are short staffed. But yet could use self checkout? Will not be returning and will make sure all I know stop shopping here. What a terrible experience.

I usually come here. I used to come a lot because there’s good prices on certain a things, fruits eh not looking good veggies, anyways, but today on register six was being helped by this lady this was around 4:40pm so she seems miserable, but to a person like me, Hispanic , she was very friendly with all the other white folks, I’m not trying to make this a racial thing but it’s true. I noticed how she said thank you. Have a good day to the white lady in front of me, she didn’t address me when I first came to purchase my items she didn’t say hi how are you today? I didn’t even say thank you have a good day also, why should I !? I was walking away actually before I didn’t say nothing back because if you’re not gonna address me why should I address you , but anyways, so before I walked away completely , the ladies in the behind me were also of white and she says hi how are you and they’re like being friendly to one another but yet , you can’t be nice to me. I’m customer and this is why there’s been issues in the past with this store I think I’m gonna take my money elsewhere. This store needs more diversity and people to be nice to every race!!! It’s sad of what has come these days. Stores need to re train employees to be nice and respectful of others no matter what race!! Anyways that was my issue today. Again I will be taking my business elsewhere.
