I lived in the Art House for a year and had a great experience. Shuster Management was very professional and provided a top-notch experience. Kim and the Shuster staff were very helpful and resolved all of my issues. I had to leave Jersey City and truly wish I had the same experience at my new property.

I've been a tenant of Shuster Management for the past 4 years in Jersey City Heights. They take pride in their property's maintenance. The building is maintained clean and in pristine condition. The office staff is very professional and helpful. All my repair request have been answered promptly and efficiently. I very happy with my apartment and their services.

really really bad attitude to the customers after you signed the lease. Professional? it's none of the shuster management's business. I sent an email asking questions but didn't get any reply in next 7 days. Did I as a customer or tenant just disappears or what? Then I made a call to their office cause I don't have number of my leasing manager. Terrible attitude. The front desk woman shows no respect and no matter what she does not know me. But my leasing manager didn't do much better. Just remind him to reply my email and answer my question. How difficult that would be The conversation went like: "How are you?" "I'm good" "Okay, wait a second, can you give me a minute?" Then the other side went to machine voices "blablabla..." The whole conversation keeps going interrupted by "can you give me a minute?" That is not a question or a request. It's an ask. How busy you are that you don't know who your customer is and which property your customer signed and what email your customer has sent you? I don't know whether it's I'm kinda unlucky get all those negative side of the company or it is the general representation of this company. Anyway I expect the company not be too good based on the rating I have read online. But I didn't expect that they are this lame and disappointing.

36 Bowers st in the heights.
Raised rent after one year had to move out..!!
Mice in the building, did nothing to help with the situation..!!
Ripped me off on security deposit, will never rent from them again..
