We purchased shutters from Shuttercraft several years ago and recently had the occasion to reach out to them again. The process of ordering the shutters back at the time was very easy and the team was super helpful with getting them just right. We are having our home re-sided and needed different hardware for the shutters. I called, sent a couple of photos and the team helped me select the best hardware. It's this simple. If you are looking for high quality interior or exterior shutters at a fair price, look no further than Shuttercraft. They are USA made, use the highest quality materials, and will customize your order so that the finished size and appearance is exactly what you need. They use select grade lumber, so if you want your shutters to be finished in a clear sealant, they will still be beautiful. The hardware is also top notch; none of that cheap hardware that degrades over time. Despite the high quality of everything, from materials to workmanship, the pricing is only a fraction above the lower quality "big box" stuff online. Don't waste your time or money going elsewhere.

Excellent shutters. I purchased 17 years ago and they still look great. A squirrel recently built a nest in one and Colleen nicely sent replacement louvres at no cost. It was an easy fix and the shutter looks great. Great company.

We continue to very much enjoy the Shuttercraft shutters we installed throughout the interior of our home three plus years ago now. In light of the age of our home and nature of the window casements, there were some challenges in finding the best hardware for our installation. Shuttercraft went “above and beyond” in locating high quality hinges that met our needs. We recently had to temporarily remove a couple of the shutters to do some window maintenance, and were reminded of how good they look and how well they are made – which prompted this long overdue positive review.
