I called 10 times in 3 week to get information about a will one of their attorneys had prepared for me. The 11 time iI called they told me they did not have any information on my will. In this day and age of computers information is right at your finger tips. I have no idea why it took so long and they never even tried to get back to me. Very bad communication skills!!!!!
