Positive experience overall! I even found an appointment on a Saturday morning which was nice. Registration/check-in was friendly, smooth, and fast. The tech Casey was awesome! I was very anxious, it was my first mammogram and didn’t know what to expect. She assured me it would be fine and made me feel relaxed. She was gentle and very calm. Before I knew it she was done and I felt zero pain, I was pleasantly surprised! Not what I expected at all. I will definitely return when needed. The online pre-registration was OK, I noticed it was redundant and I was asked to provide information I had already provided in a previous page. But I was able to secure an appointment within days! Not weeks.

Great , friendly , front office staff! They acknowledged me when I walked in/calling me up to the desk to check in. Seems minor but it’s appreciated because if you’ve experienced the opposite elsewhere, you know!I also witnessed an older gentleman go up and explain his phone keeps asking him to complete forms but he already did - they simply checked him in , in person . They were super friendly and helpful - again, may seem minor but this is appreciated as often are elders are spoken down to / things made difficult, but not here! I’ve worked in healthcare many years and appreciate the little but impactful things from this front office . And they appeared fully staffed / efficient , no long wait to check in !

I was asked to pay for two test but only needed to have one test. Now it will be weeks before I get a refund and there was no statement breakdown so I don’t know how much I’ll get back. Plus I had to pay a fee to use my credit card. That’s really tough when we struggle to even be there because of the uncertainty of the test outcome. Just doesn’t seem kind or caring in light of what life has brought. Plus I have a concern that the pics needed weren’t taken at the initial visit. Did not need a different machine but now there was an extra cost. Plus I had to wait weeks to get multiple test. It wasn’t explained I wouldn’t need a second test possibly. But I must interject that I am grateful I didn’t need a second test.

My heart is saddened how Simon med cares for their patients.

Plus the day before I received a call from someone who said they didn’t have a consent for test. And I would need to get more info before test. So I called and the person said I was good to go…so why the call? I verified immediately receiving the voicemail.

I will be glad to visit with you more if you’d like to call.

Thank you for hearing me out. Hopefully this will help Simon Med make some changes and others may not suffer as I did because of the lack of compassion.

Now I must say the women who did my scans were fantastic!

The facility I went to was located at surprise stadium village. The front desk staff’s was very good. Because I was on time for my appointment, I was called within 5 minutes. The change room was very clean, the technician was great. Very helpful and explained the MRI process. The room was very clean as well as the MRI machine. Nothing more you can ask for.

Overall experience was very good. The CAT scan technician was fantastic, friendly and courteous! Front desk check in took a little longer than expectation but still positive. Admired the fact that folks who worked at the front desk also performed other duties as time permitted - my experience of longer than expected check in time was probably due to equipment issues. I will return to this location if I need any additional diagnostic tests - I think that says it all.

The facility and girls there were great. Loved that when I went it wasn’t busy But… scheduling is a pain in the a$$. I was supposed to have 2 appointments at that time according to the scheduler, she also stated was going to be at a different facility to get me in for both. Good thing I saw the text showing the correct location and when I showed up was informed they didn’t have the main scan scheduled, they told me there I had to make the appointment for that through a different number. Not sure who does the scheduling for them but EVERY SINGLE TIME I have issues. I have to unfortunately have numerous scans and I have NEVER NOT had an issue with the scheduler. They are dumb as a box a rocks most times and have no idea what they are doing. For instance this particular experience. She had told me at the end of the call both scans were booked but that she had computer issues and if anything was wrong would call. Well… that didn’t happen and there were problems. Seriously has happened to me, similar to this, at least 10 different times. One had gotten me so riled up and angry I had to hang up on him because he was not listening and was so dumb when just trying to schedule an appointment. Not a hard job!

The actually experience was very good. It was quick and easy and I was out of there. My biggest problem is the amount of times you are asked the same questions and the time it takes to complete everything twice. I had to call to schedule my appointment. I was asked a million and one questions. Then, I went in to the portal to complete everything ahead of time and had to answer all the time questions again. When I got there, I uploaded photos of my insurance card and check in. Then I had to wait in line to check in and copy my ID card again. Why do we have to do everything double? It is such a waste of so much time.

Had a CTA scan at Simon Med. The technician (I don’t know his name) was great. Explained everything to me. He had to inject a dye and for some reason my right vein was not working well. So he had to go to my left arm and had to inject the dye into that arm instead. He was very gentle. Thank you.
