Working with Skelly Build as an interior designer was a DREAM. I'm the founder + principal designer of Hell Yes Interiors, and we worked together on a gorgeous addition and remodel in the Zilker area. The team was so professional, collaborative and positive throughout the whole project. I want to underscore how unusual this is as a designer working with construction professionals: each member of the woman-led team was so kind and lovely!

The client and I were both THRILLED with their amazing service, personal investment in the outcome, and the gorgeous quality of their work. The Skelly Team went over and above on many other occasions, was open to true collaboration and built a STUNNING space.

Skelly Build did an extensive remodel to our home in the Hancock neighborhood, they added a second story and remodeled the existing house. The quality of work was impeccable, the process was very transparent and pricing was fair and accurate. Our Project Manager was very communicative and listened to our input during the process. Any of the minor issues we had were resolved quickly. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend Skelly Build to anyone looking for a quality contractor.

It’s always a challenge to find a good general contractor, let alone finding a great general contractor. I learned the lesson the hard way and ended up having to fire my first general contractor during the complete gut out renovation of my condo at Seaholm. Enter Skelly Build to save the day! My experience with Diana (owner) and Lily (project manager) at Skelly Build cannot be more different from my first general contractor. Every component of the renovation required a high level of detail and skill – the installation of the Lutron / Ketra lighting, the technical challenges of installing the steam shower, the meticulous tile layouts … the list goes on and on. To add to their challenges, I have the curse of noticing every small imperfection. The Skelly Build team and their subcontractors were patient, accommodating and in constant communication with me every step of the way. Their subcontractors are the nicest people to work with as well, the electrician, the plumber, the tile installer, the painter …

Diana and Lily are not your typical contractor type, not only they can speak fluently on the technical aspect of the rennovation, they also have the eyes for style and beauty. They worked harmoniously with my interior design team to realize their vision and to solve any problem. I am super happy with the result and big thanks to the Skelly Build team.

My husband and I recently renovated our first home -- a loft-style condo in a historic building in downtown Austin. Our project involved major architectural changes, rigorous HOA board approvals, and a prior project that left our electrical situation a mess. I'm so glad we hired the experienced and personable team at Skelly Homes to help us tackle these things and more. Diana has a great eye for design which is an added bonus, and every subcontractor we met was very professional too. This is huge when you're leaving your home in someone else's hands. Renovations can be challenging, emotional and scary, so you want a team that knows the ropes and will teach you how it works along the way. The process can also be FUN, and we now have the real estate + renovation bug. 🙂 We will definitely hire Skelly Homes for our next project!

We had a great experience from start to finish on our commercial project. From day 1, Lalita was extremely helpful and transparent and went out of her way to answer our questions.
As first-time business owners, we appreciated how knowledgeable and organized the entire team is. From permitting and inspections to indecision over paint colors, they had an answer or suggestion for everything.
We will always remember how Tiffany and Ashton moved things around to let us have our tile, which we had to remove from the plans due to budget constraints.
Highly recommend working with Skelly, we will definitely call when we are ready for our second location!
