Great company with great service. Our technician (Kurtis) was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He did a fast job in replacing our entire HVAC, and did a great clean-up before he left. If we ever need work again, we will definite use them.

I've used Skeltons for years. Up until this spring I would have said that I've had a good experience. This spring on my semi annual service our units were working fine. The technician replaced a part that he "thought" might be going bad without asking. He was about to replace another part without asking but we stopped him. Would have been a good bit more money. Fast forward to this past weekend. Our unit stopped working correctly. Their technician came out and said that the capacitor was bad. Supposedly a quick fix. Next thing I know he's telling me that my compressor is burnt up and that we needed a new unit. So the salesman comes out. Very arrogant on the phone ahead of time and in person. He "Supposedly" inspects everything and gives us a quote. EXTREMELY HIGH in our opinion. Not to mention his attitude had given us bad vibes. So we decided to get a second opinion from another company. Sleeping Giant Heating and Cooling. (I'll review them later) Thank God we did. Their technician walks up takes the panel off and says there's your problem. Skeltons had wired up my capacitor backwards. He rewired the capacitor. Our unit fired right up and is working fine. Long story short. Skeltons has become slightly arrogant and Their technicians aren't up to par and do not double check their work. So if you find yourself using them you might want to reconsider. At least get a second opinion if they suggest replacing your unit. They were about to charge me $10,000 when nothing was wrong with my existing unit. That's life changing money and I just want to forewarn everyone so that nobody will get scammed like I almost did.

We had gotten an estimate from another company previously and not only were they pricier, but we also had to pay for the estimate. Brian came out and gave us an estimate and explained everything very clearly. The day of install they were early and got to work right away. They did an excellent job and were very professional. I will definitely be using them for our future HVAC needs.

Another local company that used to be good for its word, sold out to a new owner squeezing the customer and going back on promises. All of the handshake agreements that this company had with its customers - like me and my parents - are out the window. "If you can show that to us in writing, we'll honor it, but we have a new pricing structure". Don't believe the new radio ads saying they'll cover you - both labor and parts - for ten years. They'll "change their pricing structure" again and leave you out to dry. Such a shame that a company that was built on handshakes, a professional reputation, and doing what they say they would do has deteriorated to this.

Kyle was very polite and professional. He replaced the inside and outside unit. Our A/C is running better than ever! He even cleaned up the mess from the old inside unit. Would highly recommend.

Purchased a brand new Trane A/C system. They beat the next lowest proposal by $350. On top of the best price, installation was well done. Experienced technicians were punctual and did a great job; hauled old equipment away; new, larger pad; everything picked up and cleaned up. Oh yeah, and the salesman was knowledgeable, courteous and respectful.

My older Trane A/C motor went out on an extremely hot day. I called that day at noon and they had a technician out before closing. My part was something they didn’t have on hand but they went above and beyond to get it for me as soon as possible. They installed it immediately and everyone I came in contact with was very professional, friendly and explained everything to me. I highly recommend this company!
