The owners are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The pricing is fair, and one of the most important things is that the place is super clean! They care about the animals too. They don't want to have the animals' stress or suffer. Their pens are clean, and they are given water for comfort. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

We have used John Morehouse at Skillet Hollow for years. It is the cleanest slaughter facility I have seen.They age for 2 weeks and vacuum seal. I appreciate their integrity and attention to detail.

One of the best slaughter houses around. You can tell that by there kill dates. When you're backed up 6 months year around that's a good sign.
