Essentially, buyer beware. If you don't watch all 20 of their you tube videos you will be surprised by what arrives which is overpriced junk. There are a myriad of far better products, better priced on the internet. I thought this being a "custom" product it would be superior. I was very wrong. If you think you're getting bottom mount glides you aren't. Your invoice will add a line item calling out L brackets in order to make the glides attach to a bottom. nowhere does the site alert you to this bait and switch scenario. Any company that takes this many shortcuts for a product at this price point is not one you want to do business with. . I have never written a review on google but this warranted warning others.

P.S. I alerted the business owner of his shortcomings and gave him the benefit of the doubt before posting this. As a person that values integrity I do not see any value in this business.

I ordered these pull out shelves for my pantry two weeks ago. They came 3 days later. Perfect size and fit. Very good quality and easy installation. I might need to order again for my base cabinets.Would definitely recommend.

We had a cabinet above our oven that was full of baking dishes and was difficult to organize. I found Slide Out Shelves, LLC from a Google search, and they offered custom made slide-out shelves. I ordered shelves following the measuring video on their website, and received my made-to-order shelves in less than 1 week. I had to build up the base of my cabinet to mount the bottom slide-out because our cabinets are framed. I ordered a single stationary shelf from an custom shelf-maker on Etsy. It took longer to receive the single stationary shelf than the custom slide out shelves (by two days). I am extremely happy with the service provided by Slide Out Shelves.

Note that I required two different sizes. The bottom slide-out needed to be less deep to clear an electrical junction box for the oven installed below the cabinet.

I followed the directions for the slide-out installation on SOS, LLC's website, and had no issues with installation. I am an experienced do-it-yourselfer, but had never ordered custom slide-out shelving or installed them before. Total time for the installation was less than 2 hours (including installing the stationary shelf which was the longest part of the process). I am extremely happy with the service and products from Slide Out Shelves and will recommend them in the future.

Total cost of the project was in the neighborhood of $600 which I don't think is out of scale for our area considering the cabinet work I have had done within the last year.

Beware the UPS ground shipping charge! I'm glad I checked before I ordered: $110 for 2 shelves!!! Coupled with their upcharge for every ordering choice, their $60 door costs $160. The competitors charge $20 for delivery with fewer upcharges. Stay away from this silliness...

Ordering form this company is easy. They provide all the information you will need to successfully measure for your new slide out shelves. Their prices were fair as well. Shipping was fast and everything arrived in perfect shape. During installation I did come across a slide with the stop bumper bent in such a way that the slide moved beyond the normal end limit. The fix was easily corrected with a pliers.

I found the quality of the packaging to be excellent with so much padding that nothing could be damaged. Once everything was installed I found that I had forgotten to order 2 additional door protectors. I went to their site but they were unavailable. So I emailed and learned that they would sell me a bag of 12 door protectors, screws were extra. The cost to get 2 more door protectors would be almost $41. I was disappointed as I thought they could have just sent 2 for a small charge.

We love our new slide out shelves.

Start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. Great customer service, easy to measure, installed without a hitch. Solid construction, amazing turnaround time, exceptional packaging prevented damage while shipping across the country. Installed in pantry cabinet and all base cabinets in a few hours. Totally worth the investment. Transformed the functionality of our kitchen.

Four years ago, my wife and I had Slide Out Shelves install slideouts throughout our kitchen and both bathrooms. We loved them so much that we we just had them install slideouts in our new home too! The pricing, quality, lead time, and, especially, service were fantastic. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. You won't be sorry.
