I walked into Smart Blind Design after speaking with and/or visiting other local blinds retailers. From the moment I walked in, Abigail was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, collaborative, and informative. When I was having a hard time determining what solution actually made the most sense for my home, she graciously offered to come to my home with all of her design books, and look at fabric in my rooms. She made time for an in-person visit within the same week, and quickly understood what I was looking for, making great recommendations based on my goals along the way. When it came time for the install, she and her team were quick, professional, polite. She personally came to review the installation, bringing her business partner and husband, Christian, to make some final tweaks. I am so happy I went with Smart Blind Design, Hunter Douglas, and with Abigail. I will certainly look to them in the future when I have additional need.

Abigail and Christian were the best in making sure our window treatments were perfection! It was the last touch to make our apartment feel like our home. The shades were programmed to come up and down at specific times after sunset and sundown. It’s so coo we don’t even have to think about pulling them or closing them during the day! The light comes in beautifully in the morning through the shades without bothering our eyes and the color of them is so neutral but pretty that it complements our living room palette. Didn’t know window treatments could make me so happy and excited but I think it also has a lot to do with how pleasant Abigail and Christian were in installing the treatments and making sure I was happy with the final product 🙂 Thank you guys!
