Their workers were speeding through a school crossing area full of children in the Indian hills neighborhood. When I yelled for them to slow down, the driver screamed obscenities at me in front of the kids walking to school. I called and let their office know but they don’t seem too concerned. It’s not their kids after all!

After having used Smith Brothers before, I contacted them on March 29, 2024, with the opportunity to provide tree trimming, tree care (due to construction), lawn care and lawn grooming.

The woman I spoke said she would pass my information along to the specific people I needed to speak with about our needs.

Here we are, April 16th, 2024, well beyond appropriate timing for trimming oak trees, and we have yet to hear anything from Smith Brothers.

If they didn’t have the manpower to get us on their schedule, an appropriate action would have been a phone call.

Dusty and his crew were able to repair our existing sprinkler system that had been giving us nothing but trouble. With new sprinkler heads and a new control panel it’s working seamlessly now as if all brand new. We were pleased with the exceptional communication and customer service all along the way. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results of Smith Brothers work at our new home. Tim and the group regraded the yard, installed french drains and some additional landscaping work. The outcome was fantastic.

We also used Dusty and the irrigation team to install a new irrigation system. The cost was in-line with the other bids. Where the group stood out was the equipment (from the controller to the sprinkler heads) was picked for it's performance and cost saving benefits. Their installation work and follow up with Dusty was outstanding.

PS: We also Tim's team to come back out to remove some (way) over grown foliage between two yards...it was shocking how well it looked after his team finished. Highly recommend Smith Brothers!

We worked with Dusty to install a new sprinkler system at our house and it was a fabulous experience!

We did our initial research and got quotes from about 4-5 other places. Smith Brothers was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, but we went with them because Dusty was extremely kind and reliable and the system he installed is top of the line -- everything is controlled by WiFi and an app on our phone. So cool!

Dusty's team was professional, quick, and on-time. Our yard suffered minimal disruption throughout the install process, which was one of my worries. Once everything was set up, Dusty came and helped us learn how to use the new Wifi/App controlled system, and was patient with our million and one questions along the way. He offers a great warranty too which made us feel confident in the work that was being done.

Overall we had a great experience with Dusty and his entire team. Any time we need any lawn/landscape related work, we will always come to Smith Brothers! Thank you, Dusty!

We recently hired Smith Brothers to landscape our backyard and install a dry creek bed. We are blown away by the finished product.

We really wanted the dry creek bed to be integrated with the aesthetics of the landscaping so that it felt cohesive. Tim was great to work...he knew exactly what we wanted and answered every question along the way.

Again, we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out...we will use them exclusively for all of our lawn and irrigation needs moving forward.

I have nothing but positive feedback for my experience with Smith Brothers. Excellent and timely communication and a team that really knew what they were doing. The tree we had removed was due to multiple large limbs hanging over my house. The crew handled it all very carefully with zero damage to the house. The clean up was equally impressive. Will always use and recommend Smith Brothers for tree removal and trimming.

I just had two huge trees removed from my back yard today. They showed up on time and started right to work. The two gentlemen that worked on my yard were really nice and very professional. I was very surprised on how quick they were removing my trees. All of the debris were picked up and taken away all done by 2pm. That also includes stump grinding too. I got a few estimates from other tree companies and this one was far less then the others. I have another big tree in my front yard which I will be using them again!
