Mike was awesome to work with. We needed to fix and add to our field lines. He helped us from filing the info with the health dept to leveling out the dirt once it was complete so we could seed for grass. We thank Mike for all his experience and help!

They said they would come. They didn’t show up when they said a few times but they finally did but when they did. But I wish they never came, the owners son caused a complete nightmare. First off he only pumped the tank barely halfway because his tank was already mostly full, but wanted to be paid, He wanted cash. Me a nice dummy, I paid him 300 instead of $350. $50 less. I should’ve made him come back and finish the job. But this is just a little issue and basically my fault for not making him come back. The big issue that the son caused Was he drove his excavator over my field line and my tank filled all the way to the top with water and never went down ever again after he was here. When it rained a lot, the tank would fill up and it wouldn’t drain well and when he was here, it was when it was raining a lot is when I call called and the ground was very soft. I might have had other issues like bio mat and roots but like I said the day after he was here, the tank never ever went down again for months after. Luckily, I’m on the side of a hill and it would spill out. I called the owner and told him to make it right. Owner said he would come take a look at it on Friday. I never heard from him. They should know better. Beware

Mike Smith is the best plumber in the area.He is always prompt,if he says he will be there in an hour he will be there.Mike is very knowledgeable about the business.Prices are very reasonable.I have used this business on several occasions,and will continue to do so.I highly recommend this business.

Quick response, professional service and a good price. Call him now because, if you own a septic tank and haven't had it serviced, you are begging for trouble. Seems weird to rave about septic service, but seems like a small price for peace of mind.

Great to do business with. I called Smith Septic at 8:00am today (Sunday) because my septic tank was backing up. He came out at 2:00pm, inspected the septic tank, and pumped it out. He even made some suggestions on what I should plan for in the future and suggested maintenance that would help postpone future problems. The price was less than what I as expecting. I highly recommend.
