Strict on appointments. No street parking. Cops giving away tickets. No overnight parking. They won’t let you wait in their yard. Shipping and receiving @door 13. Bald Guy at the guard shack super nice. Quick loading

11/16/2022 - First off I arrived a few minutes earlier than my appt arrived at 9:57 for a 10am appt held at gate until 10am .. came to shipping office at10:02 it is now 10:22 am still nobody here to get me checked in ! There is a sign that says break 9:30-10 which means someone needs to be checking the drivers in , especially if the staff is going to take a late lunch break . This is ridiculous ! I understand we drivers should have patience , that things do happen …but this is a total disregard for drivers time. I will update once loaded….

Joe, the security guard, was super professional. Even though he had no control over the appointments, he was willing to check with the receiving department and was able to convince them to load our truck 3 hours earlier than the appointment time, thank you, that really helped our driver a lot!

If I could give 0 stars I would, guard is extremely unprofessional and rude. We understand 8am appointment was missed, but this was out of our hands as we had just booked load at 8:50am. When trying to explain situation to guard he was extremely rude, he talks down to driver as if they are nothing. I called to speak to someone in shipping and receiving and they were just the same rather then listening they were quicl to defend guards actions. Just because you are doing you job does not mean you can be little and curse someone out just because you are not having a good day or have some authority. Extremely horrible place! Please remember that driver are still human beings just like you and they deserve respect.
