We ordered 43 custom table numbers for a 400+ person wedding. After approving the sample they made with the file we provided, we thought we were set. When we picked up the order and they only gave us 2 of the 43 table numbers and we had to ask where the rest were. They eventually brought out what we thought was the rest, but we still had to come back the next day to pick up the remaining pieces. When we finally opened the order, we saw the shoddy job they did. The table numbers couldn’t stand with the bases they made, 30 of the 43 numbers were not cut out, the word “table” was not etched on 38 of the 43 signs, and the overall poor quality of the etching was egregious. The table numbers were unusable and we ended up scraping a seating chart for a 400+ person wedding — which is outrageous.
We spoke to Isaiah and he blamed us and refused to give a refund. We had to call Marissa, the owner, and she gave a lackluster apology and only provided a 50% refund on products that THEY messed up on. She blamed the poor quality on the time constraint and the file we provided which is ridiculous because they made a perfectly good sample with the file that we provided and they never communicated that they wouldn’t be able to produce quality work with the time constraint.

Avoid Solter Plastics unless you want to waste your time and money!

I actually should be thanking the guy who runs this place because he wanted to charge me an extra $50 for 5 minutes of setup time for cutting. So I left without doing business and ended up finding ABC Plastics in The Valley. Where It was $67.50 for the material a savings of 40% and they have precision computer controlled cutting machines and fabrication.

Horrible. The owner, Keon is incredibly rude and difficult to work with after spending over 5k with this business. Better to spend your dollars with California Acrylic Design. Better attitude there, better results, better customer service and lower prices. Check out the other reviews. Lazy and not helpful.

Had circular timing belt covers that got warped from a torch. Came here, and in 15 minutes they were able to replicate the polycarbonate plastic. They were kind, fast, and informative, and great pricing! Highly recommended and will come here next time.

These guys are great. The place is overflowing with amazingness... crazy giant selection and they definitely go above and beyond to get you what you need and to make sure that its is exactly what you are looking for. Super quick service and overall highly recommended.
