I called to dispute a T-Mobile bill. I canceled order, returned equipment within a week, I should have been all set.
I spoke with an agent to dispute the bill. My name is Steve, she called me ma'am. I asked for a confirmation #, as I was told that I would get a call back was not sufficient. I asked to speak with a manager, and got someone named Ron Norton. He spoke so rapidly, I had to ask him his name 3 times, and I'm still not sure if I got it right. He confirmed no confirmation # was available. What is this, the 80's? I asked him to just send me an email to confirm that we spoke. His response: "If we did that for all our customers, we wouldn't get any work done!"
Cost of doing 'good' or at least 'acceptable' customer service.

I keep getting mail for someone else at my house for years from this address in California. I have CONTINUOUSLY been writing "Not at this address" and sending the message back. This has been going on for years. The person that this is addressed to wasn't even the person living in this house before me. Can you please stop sending the mail to me or give an email I can send you directly what address to stop sending these?

I just wanted to take the time to give a huge shoutout to Yahida, who was extremely helpful in getting my debt resolved. I had been dreading making this phone call for weeks, and based off of reviews I did not trust that i would be able to come to an agreement with this company. Yahida was friendly as soon as she answered the phone, and made sure that I knew her goal was to help people. I am not sure if there are many debt collectors such as herself, but I am really happy with the customer service. They sent me a letter less than a couple of hours after the call ended stating that the debt was paid as agreed; now just waiting for it to fall off my credit report!

I have to give credit where it’s due; no pun intended 💀 Source Receivables handled an issue I was having in a 10 minute phone call. After seeing all of the bad reviews on google I was genuinely concerned, but they resolved my problem, quick and easily. Hope more people have the same experience I did!

I don't know why any company would use this company as a 3rd party collections agency. I do regret waiting this late to pay off my current debt however in my first attempt in reaching this company, I encountered very rude customer service with Daniel Phillips and the other guy (can't recall the name). I should have never contacted them and being in such a good mood, trying to get a resolve on my account and they both were very rude, just cold hearted. I hope they get paid good for being so damn rude. I will not be paying a dime to this company 😒

Daniel was polite and clear. Pleasant experience. Was braced for it to be much worse.

I wish I could of gotten some sort of receipt in writing the moment of the call. But it came through promptly and there was no issues.

It's a collection agency. Most the people on here are complaining about their own problems. This is a real agency and they are going to work with you.

Will update this review when It comes off my report.

It just pop up on my credit report from this company as well and the original creditor is T-mobile. I am currently active T-mobile customer without any issue with my automatic payment. This company is a fraud. I am currently dispute with 3 credit agencies now. However, this really cause many people disstress and we may find lawyer for class action now. Reply to this thread if you agree and we are looking toward that option.

If I could give 0 I would. I received a letter from these people and immediately contacted T-Mobile directly bc my account is very much active with T-Mobile. I had my account checked that this was a fraudulent report bc my account is not closed not ever reported to any collection bureau. Ignore everything from these people and contact the original creditors always.
