SCE has horrible customer service over the phone. For simple questions you have to navigate through automated menus and it is not clear how to access a live agent unless if you are reporting an emergency. I filed a complaint with the California Attorney General, probably won't have any effect but I have been on hold for 30+ minutes just to have some questions answered about my bill. Customers should not have to wait this long to have questions answered about utility bills. Other SCE offices have similar complaints via google reviews.

Update; had some corresponding issues with mail, ect., sent in my concerns, sce addressed my concerns, has been patient with my situation, completely understood, took accountability and is currently assisting my family with previous incidwnts. We are thankful and glad to have this matter begind us with sce's assistance. For anyone experiencing issues with sce, I advise you to be persistent and patient, its been a year but overall, worth it.

General maintenance this is called public works whatever I’m not even dealing with with with with power and cities and countries is going to go to Edison add his name is the information is California and it’s always the same with me so if you need something instructions you ask me and I’ll give me the great instructions but if you don’t know who you are you might want to look in your nasty self why did I grow up and be a man to be strong and healthy and successful well I have raising children in our future and our upcoming dates but respect is a great deal I’m looking for a dorky and I’m looking for a place to call home and get surgery done but everybody wants to be a doctor nobody wants to listen everybody has the answers so I put everything aside I would like a visit gathered for the SIKH
