Matt Osborne has been wonderful to work with in choosing a beautiful new manufactured home for my property, which has some challenges due to slopes. He has assisted me in choosing upgraded construction options which make the home very high quality, and in choosing design options for decor. Southwest Homes is also handling the permit process with the city and demolition and removal of the old mobile home. I love having one person that I can consult with through the entire process, I wouldnt have ended up with such a beautiful home without Matt helping me.

I recently closed on a home purchase and it couldn't have gone better! Jeanette and Annie were fantastic to work with. Jeanette took the time to show us a model home and I didn't feel rushed to choose the home customizations. She really took the time to show different color combos as well as flooring and I am definitely looking forward to see it come to life!

Annie made sure to answer any questions in regards to the contracts and finance part of it. She was very thorough and made it so easy to sign all the documents. It was almost simpler than purchasing a vehicle!! 😉

I highly recommend Southwest Homes in the Prescott Area, this is by far the best experience dealing with a big project. Annie Wagner and her team of professional staff helped me throughout the process. Communication is on point, they will always let you know every step of the process and will always work with you every step of the way. Any time I had a question they would respond immediately if not withing the same day. The saying is that you get what you pay for, but with this team you get more than what you pay for, the best thing is the peace of mind that they will treat your project as their own and that is hard to get with anyone else. In addition their vision for the project from them exceeded the mental dream that I had, everything turned out so much better than projected. They definitely take pride in their work, excellence is the best way I can describe the quality of their work. If you need a trustworthy company that will treat your project as their own where the main motivation is not money but that your dreams can come through then this is your Team.

This company is terrible to work with. I cannot agree with them when they say they went above and beyond which is so false. The home I bought and the issues encountered wasn’t necessarily all their fault. The workmanship and professionalism sure lacks when it comes to their laborers and contractors. Faulty electrical which caused damage to my water-heater, damaged countertops in addition to window issues, finish molding was not installed correctly, no paint on the cabinets and only has primer, duct work in the cabinet registers not connected and just poor workmanship and many other items. Some of these things are from the direct result of the manufacturer of the home. Everything that was on the punch list was not completed satisfactorily. Completely unprofessional and to leave a customer with not completed items to fix and repair not to mention a mess to clean up is completely unacceptable. The septic was had not even passed a final inspection prior to purchasing the home. Such red flags so buyer beware!
