Spark n' Grind has been doing metal welding repairs for us since July 2021. The first job was when Tom repaired our T-Rex and then secured it and our Raptor to the ground with his welding magic that summer! He did a fantastic job and charged an extremely fair price. Any stress I used to immediately get when the winds whip up around where we live is now gone, thanks to him. Just popped over to their shop today to get my vintage dress form repaired so she stands up straight and tall once again. I had expected I'd need to leave it, but it turned out to be a an easy fix for him and I was in and out in no time. Mandee and Tom are a great team, very personable, and GOOD PEOPLE! They and their business are a wonderful and welcome addition to our Fountain Hills community. Highly-recommend Spark n' Grind!

Thanks to Tom & Mandee at Spark & Grind Custom Welding Studio, I now have this beautiful mountain view in that often awkward blank space above kitchen cabinets. They are so creative with large and small projects. Photos are with and without up lighting.

I had an issue with a rusting fridge panel. The panel is no longer available…….anywhere. My option was to get a new fridge or to get creative. I took the panel in to Spark n’ Grind and worked with Tom on my issue and he came up with a $175 solution saving me 3-4k in not having to replace the fridge.

Both Tom and Mandy are super personable and talented. They delivered beyond my expectations and quick.

Tom and Mandy did a somewhat complicated custom project for us and did a great job. We wanted a cover to keep birds off of the spillover wall of our swimming pool. They brainstormed with us to come up with a neat design. The wall is curved and they matched the curve perfectly. The final result looks great. We highly recommend this team for any metalwork project that you may be considering.

I was looking to have my metal dashboard for my 1961 Austin Healey Bugeye welded as part of a restoration project. Over the years other owners had put extra switches and gauges in it which made several different sized holes in the end. I wanted it to have that ‘from the factory’ look again.
I first called about 4 welders in Mesa, 2 didn’t call me back and the other 2 did not want to help.
I then found Spark N Grind and spoke with Tom and Mandy. They were very friendly and willing to help.
Tom got the job done right on time. When I picked up the dashboard, it was exactly what I was looking for.
I had a great experience and Tom and Mandy were great to work with! Thank you very much for helping me!

Spark and Grind came out today to install our front gate. It is exactly what we wanted and done with great quality and workmanship! They spent a great amount of time to visit with us to find out exactly what we wanted and they certainly delivered. Mandee came out a second time with samples of the Finnish to make sure it was what we wanted. They made it to match our front door. We love it!!
