We had an awesome experience purchasing our new home from Spartan. They handled everything, from the removal of the old house, to the delivery and set up for the new house. Our house is beautiful, well built, and perfect. Lauren was a fantastic salesperson, answering all of our questions, listening to what we needed/wanted. Alecia was there for all of our financing questions, Brett made sure we had all the answers to our technical questions. Very easy to work with, they made it as stress free as possible.

Terrible buying experience. They have a shady way about them, but unfortunately didn't realize til after purchase
Lied to us, gave us a price on home, said all we were responsible for was septic, turns out we had to run out own power and water. They played word games with "utility hook up" and pulled the wool right around signing time - supposedly we agreed to do the utility hook ups, which cost around $1,500 in material alone and for FREE, as in, no money off for doing $3,500 worth of work.. and all because I felt like doing it for free. Right? Wrong! That sounds as ludacris to you as it does to us?
There's a ton of issues with the house, lots of repairs needed and the waiting game is a joke. Everyone we have spoken to blames the next man... it's so and so fault, the lady got fired, this one did this, blah blah blah
. Says a lot about a company or "business" .
Most of the issues with the house itself are not the fault of Spartan but they deserve this review nonetheless.
They begged for us to call the mortgage company to say the house was completely tied down and put together when it was not, called and text multiple times trying to persuade to call, because that's when the mortgage Co will release the funds.
Like I said, a shady way about them.
This will not be the only review, we are going to relay this info on all platforms to make sure we do our part to help the next family.
We are entitled to the $ for doing our own work that was originally included in the sale price, let me be clear - no home buyer says sure I'll do that work for the low price of zero. Absolute nonsense.

And for the icing on the cake, pictures to follow.
Power turned on today, and a/c not only freezes up and doesn't cool the house but the housing for coils isn't even sealed and nothing to hold a filter. Trash homes in my opinion, and at the price they go for, forget about it! Everything is always sweet when they're trying to get your $, then their demeanor and level of care degrades instantly.

Lauren Hultz was my consultant. I have been looking at Mobile Homes, and may be planning to purchase, to relocate to this area. She has been very reliable answering or return calls promptly! She is very knowledgeable in finances, floor plans, zoning information and has been able to locate lots or spaces, for the mobile homes, I've looked at! I would recommend her, to anyone that may also be looking at mobile homes!
