Had two trucks of water delivered to fill the newly lined pool. My husband thought it was sand sediment that lined the bottom after the fill up.He even mentioned it at the fill up. Nope it’s rust from the insides of the tanker. This turns your hand red/orange now imagine the new water and liner! I’ve spent the last two days cleaning the pool and the filters to try and remove it! It’s not coming up. All this after paying a very stupid amount of money for the water. Triple the normal rate but it was last minute due to month late pool liner install.

Prompt service, I called on Saturday and he came Monday. We had problems with the liner (many small holes), but he stopped filling, told me to go buy a patch kit. Waited around and helped look for the holes. Then when he was sure the holes were all patched, he continued to fill it again. That is awesome customer service, definitely recommend Splash and go hands down., they will be the only ones I call.

They were very busy, so it took a few days, which was fine. Glenn, the driver, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - we have an issue with our pool from a tree falling on it last year, and he provided assistance and advice. I highly recommend these guys!

You want to talk about top notch customer service, this guy actually refused to dump the water because the contractor sucked and waited hours for him to fix the liner. This guy truly has got your best interest in mind. Best service by far!
