I recently popped into this grocery store and I was happy I did. The produce was fresh the service was fantastic, especially Ruben and Isaiah in the meat department. I also enjoyed how they have bulk items and premade meals. Definitely a great spot for groceries if you are in the area.

Their Produce and fruits are pretty low-grade quality and mostly old. Their balk and grocery products are okay, their dairy products are pretty good but sometimes they run out of a product, and it takes weeks to get back on shelf. Their vitamin and supplements are their best department with variety of selections and fair prices.
Meat department is good, but their sea food products are also low-grad and below average equality. They always are short on staff and not so many people available to help. Employees are not friendly, and cashiers makes numerous errors.

Had run out of creamer, and Sprouts was the closest to be open before 8a. Receiving several good morning greetings from staff made the experience pleasant.

Customer service is always incredible. When my Thanksgiving plans went sideways the day before Thanksgiving…..they saved my Thanksgiving meal, and showed a great deal of compassion in the process. Thank you, Sprouts (especially the deli department). That’s the way to earn a customer for life.

I have been buying at Sprouts for over 2yr, never had a bad experience until this week. I bought 3 bottles of Alexandre milk; when I opened one of them it had a sour taste and smell. I went back to the store and they decline assisting me. They didn’t think it was their problem- the other two bottles were fine.
At least investigate the issue!

I love the people who work here! They're so friendly and helpful and always go out of their way to assist you. My main issue with this store is that they're often out of things. Whenever I go to this store, I end up coming out with maybe 60% of what I needed. A lot of their items are just out of stock. They really need to increase inventory. We only have two Sprouts in Fresno and if they keep running out of things, I don't understand why they don't just order more for the next shipment. There have been times I've been waiting for something to get restocked for 3 weeks. Some of their items you can't find anywhere else either. I've also noticed that their fruit is not fresh, finding just bad quality and mold in their fruit. I don't think they're keeping the fruit cold enough. I've slowly started to switch most of my grocery shopping to Trader Joe's and I don't think I'm the only one. I used to love Sprouts a few years ago when I first moved to the area but it's quickly going downhill.
