SPZ Construction and Remodeling LLC exceeded my expectations when they restored my finished basement that had extensive damage from a water heater that burst and sump pump pump that had to be replaced. Sean was very pleasant to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and his crew was incredible. Sean and his crew went above and beyond to assure that the quality of the products and the work was outstanding, and I was completely satisfied with the outcome of the entire project. Sean is easy to work with and talk to… Sean goes above and beyond To get the job done in a timely professional costly way… Sean did a complete beautiful siding job of my home in Stonington and also put a beautiful deck on among other small jobs in my home in Southington and Stonington…. Sean and John did an excellent job repairing and restoring our large wrap-around deck -- and that's not all! They also replaced exterior trim all around the house that had rotted, using composite that looks sharp and won't require maintenance. Sean crafted new wood railings for our front porch that turned out great; he gave it extra curb appeal with solar lights on top. Both Sean and John are skilled, hard workers. Prices are fair and Sean communicates well from the initial estimate to completion of the project. Kudos also to "the kid," Nate, who assisted on the work at our house. They're a great group who we will call again for future projects.

Sean, the owner of this company is unbelievably talented. There is nothing he cannot do, from installing new kitchen cabinets to installing and redoing bathrooms, painting, new installation of windows, Roofing and everything else you may need, there is no better contractor then Sean. I will not have anyone else do the work on my house. I've had him now for over 10 years he is just absolutely awesome, he put on a brand new deck for me that was unbelievable, stained my house put all new shutters and did a superb job. If you need anything , from smallest to the largest project give him a call. He goes out of his way to satisfy all his customers. He will pull permits for you and make sure that everything is up to code. I cannot say anyting negative about this company. You will be very very satisfied. Catherine C.
