She is patient and kind and has a genuine concern for him, evident in her daily care. I am so thankful and have true piece of mind knowing he is getting the best quality of care here. The customer service is very rude and unprofessional. I am a hot yoga studio owner and ordered a thermostat from them last week. Even though I went over in detail all my shipping and billing information with them, they still sent it to a completely wrong address that had nothing to do with me or my business. I spent *hours* of aggravation on the phone with the shipping company trying to get them to find the thermostat and deliver it to me. I finally ended up walking a mile in the rain to pick it up in person. When I asked SSHC for a refund for the shipping costs, they told me repeatedly to "suck it up" and hung up on me.
