I asked for a quote & they demanded 100% payment before showing up. Ok , this is their policy so I selected another supplier. I told them that in writing! 4 weeks later I get a notice that my bill has not been paid. Scam ? Never had an estimate turned I to a bill before. Very strange ? The phone # on the bill did not have vm set up. What ?
