I lost the hardware to my daughter's bed in a move. I live in Nashville and couldn't find the parts anywhere. Driving through Bay Minette I decided to stop in and give it a shot. You probably have never heard of a cabinet falling apart while being dragged across carpet, because a cabinet shouldn't, when it's put together with screws. I purchased one of their cabinets from a Home Goods store. While I understand it is normal to use staples to hold the back part of a dresser on, this dresser stands out in that not only is the back held on with staples, but the entire dresser is put together with staples, even the rails for the drawers. So naturally, a peice fell off of it easily while we were moving it. It'd be a simple task to put it back on, except that staples don't come out easily.

So I'm using pliers and a screwdriver to push staples back through a piece that inevitable fell off (while scooting the dresser across some carpet) so that I can reattach the board properly with screws.

I think a furniture company should put their dressers together properly, with wood screws. Staples don't hold things together well, but they also don't come out easily, so not only does this furniture fall apart easily, it's also super hard to fix.

This is a terrible place to go if your a truck driver. They load on the floor and wait time is usually five hours. I’ll never get a load from them again.
