Had the opportunity to work directly with Jake in the field with the integration of his POS system and the new website. I had the pleasure of watching him set up a system for a new business with very little experience. It was nice to work with a friendly face that had the skill for a seamless transition. I own multiple businesses and was 100% not leaving the POS system I had set up. It took them close to a year to convince me to switch.

I can easily say I wasted that whole year. Not only is the product and service they sell 100% worth it, I gained what feels like family with Jake, Alex and Paul. Each is a genius in their own right and they bring a level on comfort when things need attention that I never got from any other merchant services company.

It doesn’t matter what issue we have, one text to them a literally they’re on the phone or lap top fixing things immediately. No exaggerating here, I’ve sent a text about just making a change in pricing and being confused, and 5 minutes later one of them is walking in the front door while I’m receiving texts from another and I’m on the phone with the 3rd.

There is not a company that I have dealt with in my entire career like these guys. Dont waste a year. Trust them. They’re worth every single penny and will become friends and family immediately.
