Appointment was at 10am got here at 7am and was offloaded by 8:30am. Sometimes you just have to speak to the right person to get offloaded because the first person and the security told us no.

Everyone is super nice. Checked in 830 for 900 app. Got a door immediately, they do make you wait in the office but there’s a restroom and proper chairs. I was unloaded in 20 min. The gate is on 86th at the end of the culdesac on your left. There’s some street parking but it’s posted no parking, there were numerous trucks parked in the street. 08/2023.

Don't turn at CTDI driveway that takes u to their docks. There is a side street before you get there if you are coming from the direction of the QT. Appointment was at 8 checked in at 0715 and toke about 30 mins to unload. The female guard on duty was nice and helpful.

Slow unloading process, they only live unload truck one at a time. Check in at the guard shack on 86th Ave, they'll assign you a dock, go back on Buckeye to the other side of the building.

Not a bad experience. Fast loading. Shipping opens at 3:00 pm. Don't believe the brokers that set appointments before that time.

FYI....Do not desire to work there. I have NEVER WITNESSED such a filthy distribution warehouse such as Staples DC in Tolleson, AZ. I believe the guys name is Tim, who is the Warehouse Operations Manager. They keep constant broken wood pieces from pallets on the ground, old dirty plastic wrap in every isle. Makes it UNSAFE and Trip hazard as well. It's summer in AZ now and their swamp coolers are not good shape. You are SUPPOSED TO open up a bay door a little or a side door when using a water cooled device for cooling a warehouse. Staples keeps ALL THE DOORS closed !! No air circulation for Employees, merchandise, and even the food they carry, and chocolate !! They even have a breakroom that is dirty and hot ! No AC for the employees to try....and cool down. I am not even patronizing Staples again. You walk in their Warehouse and think you are in another country....lacking and not being at all concerned for it's EMPLOYEES.
